Studio Downie is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
Studio Downie’s portfolio covers contemporary design and important historic fabrics and current projects include museum gallery interiors, a Grade I listed building upgrade and a mosque.
We require an ARB registered architect with two to three years’ UK experience of:
- AutoCAD LT and ability to create construction/working drawings in Revit
- existing building refurbishment experience and if possible a DBS certificate for site visits
- BIM from conceptual massing to construction documents
- research, coordination and preparing detailed technical drawings and NBS specifications
- UK building regulations, standards, and site inspections with good written/spoken English
- Adobe Suite/ID/PS, Excel, Word with the ability to neatly format text and graphics for documents
Applicants must already be resident in London and eligible to live and work in the UK without a work visa, including EU citizens with or eligible for settled status.
