Architect /CIAT technician

Morpheus & Co is actively recruiting for an architect or CIAT-qualilfied technician with proven experience in high-end hospitality and residential developments to join its team in London.
Based from our studio in London, we are looking for a full-time candidate with mid/senior weighting to join our award-winning, creative and fast-paced team to work on the technical side of several new exciting interior architecture and design projects in the hotel, branded residences and residential development sectors both in the UK and overseas.
Working closely with the design director and project leads, the technician will take a proactive approach to the delivery of both the design information and the project, the organisation of the design. In addition to possessing first rate technical drawing skills, the successful candidate will be confident in managing programme budgets and reporting both internally and to clients, as required.
Qualifications:
- a professional qualification in Architecture or related field
- ideally four years + relevant experience
- robust skills and autonomy in AutoCAD and Revit
- first rate technical drawing ability
- sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- good communication, client-facing and team building skills
- confidence in technical and aesthetic integration
- ability to question and interpret briefs
- strong organisational and management skills
- flexible, adaptable and a team player
