Allies and Morrison is hiring a head of bids to join its team in London.
Allies and Morrison is seeking a talented built environment professional with a real interest in our work and an enthusiasm for pursuing new business opportunities both in the UK and globally. Our current projects include masterplans, new homes, cultural, education, health, retail, hotel and office buildings for institutional, public and private clients.
You will assess and agree bids in consultation with the partners and in line with the practice’s communications strategy, directing and contributing to content generation while leading our successful team of experienced bid coordinators. Working collaboratively across the practice, with clients and external consultants you will be attuned to the prospective client’s perspective and capable of demonstrating the practice’s offer in a compelling way. You will have a sound understanding of the markets in which we practice and the technical requirements of bid preparation, combined with strong editorial skills and a good graphic eye.
