Schwitzke & Partner is hiring architects with project responsibility to join its team in Dusseldorf, Germany.

We have successfully specialised in developing national and international brand communication concepts that reach their target groups while keeping corporate design in mind. Our holistic creative approach ranges from the development of architectural and interior design concepts for projects in the retail, gastronomy, office and shopping centre sectors to the implementation of planning. We are part of the Schwitzke Group and thus specialists in the management of retail brands. With a total of 200 colleagues in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Krakow and Paris, we develop and build projects worldwide.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for experienced and organisationally strong architects (m/f/d) with project responsibility.
Your tasks:
- responsibility for the overall coordination of planning projects (planning design)
- coordination and control of the project team as well as external planning participants
- organization and coordination of the planning processes from feasibility analysis and design to structural implementation and project documentation
- coordination and clarification of planning content and planning interfaces
- checking planning for completeness, functionality and readiness for implementation
- checking that the planning complies with the technical, contractual, deadline and cost-relevant specifications and goals
- quality assurance of the planning results
- preparation and monitoring of schedule and cost planning (including supplementary management)
- negotiation and communication of planning issues with the client, authorities and other project participants
- moderation of internal and external project meetings
Our expectations:
- you have a degree in architecture and ideally about five years’ of professional experience in brand architecture and project coordination
- you have an understanding of and interest in topics such as fire protection, building services, electrical engineering, etc.
- experience in the field of interior design is an advantage
- you are passionate about project organization and implementation of great projects
- good design inspires you and you are characterized by an exceptional attention to detail
- you already have experience in contact with customers and clients and enjoy working in a team
- you have your own opinion and strong ideas
- confident and goal-oriented communication, organizational skills and a carefully way of working are your strengths
- ideally German Skills, very good software skills
