POD Architects is hiring a Part 3 architect/Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
POD Architects are looking for Part 2 architectural assistants and Part 3 qualified architects to join its studio in London, to work on exciting new residential projects throughout the UK.
POD Architects is an award-winning practice based in London and has a number of new mixed-use residential projects across the UK that will be going through a concept design process through to detailed planning submission and tender information.
We have a design focused position, as well as a more technical position. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work throughout the process on both medium to large scale UK based residential mixed-use projects. You will be joining a well-established, creative, and friendly team to develop designs through RIBA stages 0 to 4.
Working Revit knowledge and ability is essential. Previous experience of using Adobe Suite in a working environment is preferred. The role requires drawing skills, good written and spoken communication skills and knowledge of British building regulations. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
