at Cutwork
Cutwork is hiring a architect/visualizer to join its team in Paris.
We are looking for a passionate person to help us promote our ideas and projects in several ways by creating engaging multimedia and visual content across multiple platforms. The role is multidisciplinary and draws experience from architecture, 3D visualization, graphic design, storytelling, marketing and communications. We are accepting applications from a range of candidates and will potentially adapt the role as needed for the selected collaborator.

Cutwork is an architecture and design studio focused on new ways to live and work. We design architectural concepts, interior concepts, and furniture that can respond to evolving societal needs. Working with pioneering international clients and drawing on our expertise in shared living environments like co-living, artist residencies, and non-traditional family housing, we design smart, multi-use spaces and furniture for new ways of living and working.
Main responsibilities:
- elaborate architectural and interior design photo-realistic 3D images or animations
- develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- help develop presentations for clients
- coordinate, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
- integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, newsletters, print and digital marketing)
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
- monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- work in close collaboration and maintain clear communication with other members of the Cutwork project team as well as external consultants
- maintain and organize your work, keep your files up-to-date to facilitate collaboration and communication, and respect Cutwork’s design guidelines
Requirements:
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- a sharp eye for detail and graphic design demonstrated through portfolio
- understanding of design phases, from preliminary to technical/construction
- high proficiency in 3D modeling softwares (Rhinoceros, SketchUp, Archicad) and rendering platforms (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape)
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- independent, hard-working, proactive, hungry to grow and inspire positive change
- ability to think outside the box and to express a strong design point of view
- strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work flexibly and independently in a demanding environment
Bonus points:
- good knowledge of French, both written and spoken
Location: open to remote applicants within Europe, local to Paris preferred.
Start date: January 2022
Remuneration: competitive remuneration based on experience level.
