Andrew Henry Interiors was established in 2007 and is a leading provider of show homes to the new homes industry. Our extensive experience within the UK marketplace has given us an incisive understanding of consumer needs and aspirations; we know how to design showhouses that inspire buying decisions and for private clients create houses which become homes.

We are shortly launching a new brand, Thread & Dandy, that will primarily be an e-commerce website enabling us to sell bespoke window treatments and soft furnishings direct to consumers, including new home buyers.

This expansion has created a fantastic opportunity for a talented digital marketing and e-commerce manager who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career. As Thread & Dandy is a new business, this is a real opportunity to lead from the front as the business grows and evolves. Excitingly, this position will cover both the Andrew Henry Interiors and Thread & Dandy brands.

Key responsibilities:

  • responsible for leading, planning, delivery management and evaluation of the online marketing activity and content, whilst safeguarding the brand identity and ensuring optimal conversion
  • developing a deep understanding of our customers to ensure strategies are relevant
  • engaging with day- to- day management of the website
  • evaluating performance of campaigns and ongoing communications, to understand ROI and identify new and innovative ways to drive earned and owned media traffic to site
  • brief and lead multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish, working collaboratively with agency creative teams to develop engaging content
  • management of digital marketing activity within set budgets across PPC, paid social and email
  • ownership of the affiliate programme. Building and driving relationships with new and existing affiliates for future partnership opportunities and owning asset creation
  • work closely with external SEO agency to drive and track organic traffic growth for new initiatives
  • advise PR agency on comments for editorial and print
  • management of Hubspot email newsletter campaigns and automated flows across all websites to maximise conversions

Your experience and attributes:

  • minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing environment, having worked across all digital channels is essential, including SEO, paid search and email
  • a strategic mindset to optimise growth is critical for this role
  • demonstrable e-commerce experience, working across both the development and delivery of digital marketing plans and be able to work with complex data sets to perform trend analysis
  • interiors industry experience would be beneficial however not essential.
  • experience working in both B2C and B2B would be beneficial but not essential
  • solid Microsoft Office skills
  • financial awareness of managing budgets
  • basic experience using WordPress
  • experience using Hubspot preferable but not essential
  • creative, innovative, and resourceful
  • focused on results and is accountable for outcomes

While this role is based in Bristol, there will be an option to work from home for up to two days per week per week. One thing the pandemic has taught us is the value of embracing hybrid working and we are able to offer some element of flexible working in the longer term.

What you get back:

  • basic salary £33,000 – £35,000 basic dependent on experience, performance related bonus giving OTE of up to £40,000
