Part 2 project architect
at CAPS
CAPS is hiring a Part 2 project architect to join its team in London.
We are a long-established architecture and interior design practice with international clients and a focus on high-end commercial and residential projects. We are based in London and looking for a Part 2 project architectural to join our studio in Notting Hill Gate.
The ideal candidate will have good technical design knowledge and a real passion for interior design detail.
We are seeking someone to join the team as soon as possible and the role will be full time.
You will:
- be a minimum Part 2 architect with a knowledge of detailing drawings and on-site construction
- have experience with luxury residential and large country house design
- have experience of UK building regulations and BS construction standards
- be confident and able to work autonomously on integrating and coordinating structural and mechanical design alterations into architectural drawings
- be confident and able to work autonomously on designing and coordinating bespoke millwork and cabinetry works
- be experienced in researching and selecting materials
- be familiar with and confident using AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- be legally entitled to work in the UK
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
