We are currently recruiting for a senior level creative interior designer to join our talented team in our London studio to work on prestigious projects in both the UK and across the globe.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Interior director on global hospitality projects. The position involves running projects, through all aspects of interior design, from design team management, space planning, concept development, design development through to implementation on site.
We are looking or a person who can lead projects, presenting and communicating directly with clients, as well as having the confidence to coordinate with other specialist consultants, with a strong background in luxury hotels and F&B.
Key responsibilities but are not limited to include:
- strong conceptually, able to design and create with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills you will lead the design, reporting to the interior director
- thorough knowledge of developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification
- job-running, with on-site and roll-out experience
- including managing the project team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post-site operations
- excellent communication (written and verbal) and client liaison skills, including during client briefing and presentation stages
- ability to strictly manage project budgets and to work to tight deadlines
Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
