IDL Architecture is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.
With a fast expanding and diverse workload, IDL Group are seeking experienced architectural staff for our London office.
Requirements:
- job running architect (or technologist) with a minimum of five years’ post Part 3 practice experience in the UK (UK registered or RIBA chartered)
- you will be experienced and have a track record of delivering small to medium projects from start to finish, and able to demonstrate at interview good people skills – proactive and capable of running a team
- you will have proven detailing ability and be able to produce working draw packages, unsupervised to agreed deadlines
- you will have a detailed knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- you will be highly technically proficient (tested at interview) in Revit
- you will be highly personable, confident with good interpersonal skills and able to run projects on site
