MoreySmith is a leading design and architecture practice with RIBA Chartered Practice accreditation. Our team of 35 people is the perfect balance of experienced and creative designers and architects, supported by the best graduate talent.

We are a leading, award winning European design and architectural practice with over 29 years of experience and success. The energy and vigour in the studio based in London, combined with our forever ‘rolled-up sleeves’ attitude drives us to challenge perceptions and constantly drive innovative solutions for clients, sustainable products and contribute holistically to our industry.

The collective passion for the company and what we do was strengthened in September 2018, on the 25th anniversary of the business, as we moved to ownership by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which has all employees as its beneficiaries. This seemed a very natural evolution of the business, reinforcing our people-orientated ethos and giving our entire team a collective voice, shaping the business for the future.

We also offer many soft benefits, for example: Cycle to Work scheme; fruit provided all week long from Borough Market; weekly Friday drinks and regular team social activities including a monthly fitness class.
