Part 2 architectural assistant

MoreySmith is looking for an ambitious Part 2 architectural assistant, with up to five years’ experience to join its team in London.
We have an exciting range of commercial schemes and are seeking talented individuals with the architectural skills to contribute to a wide selection of design and technically challenging projects.
Skills to include:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification up to five years’ experience
- self-motivated, proactive and passionate about pushing the boundaries of design
- excellent computer skills; strong and demonstrable technical and design skills
- collaborative with good interpersonal skills and strong team player essential
- some experience of cladding packages/coordination
- strong sketching and visualisation skills
- creative, innovative and able to articulate clearly
- show initiative and be capable of working as part of a dynamic team
- flexibility, to work as part of a large team or able to lead a small project team
- on-site experience working closely with contractors to ensure a high level of finish is beneficial
- some knowledge of joinery detailing and specialist finishes
- knowledge of current building regulations
- experience in external works and listed building applications would be of benefit
Digital skills:
- excellent AutoCAD
- Revit beneficial
- Photoshop
- Modelling software
