We are looking for
A 3D visualiser who is passionate about hospitality, leisure and retail design and architecture and who can demonstrate the ability to consistently create high quality design visuals.
The candidate will bring passion and vision in the creative space and leverage new technologies. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of a collaborative design team. As an integral part of that team they will create visuals to excite clients about the design intent, key design aspects and the lighting. The visuals must also explain the scale of the spaces and show how people will inhabit them. These visuals must be extremely compelling and engaging so lighting, materiality and refined detailing are essential. The ability to also create moving images or visuals that achieve high levels of realism would be beneficial
The ideal candidate will be highly creative with a brilliant eye for image composition and be able to showcase a wide range of 3D skills and techniques who can demonstrate the ability to consistently create high-quality design visuals.
Proven experience and solid working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, and VRay together with knowledge of Vectorworks and excellent photoshopping skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are required. Additional knowledge of 3DS Max, Corona renderer, Rhinoceros, Revit, Enscape 3D, Grasshopper, movie rendering, virtual and augmented reality is an advantage. We are constantly evolving and are open to finding alternative ways to work so ideas about great ways to visualise design would be expected and welcomed.
You will have a leading role in developing an in-house style of imagery together with contributing towards continued development within the practice by assisting less experienced colleagues in using visualisation software and coordinating with external 3D Visualisers.
This is a full-time position in the London office with the chance to work on an exciting range of projects throughout Europe, MENA and US.
