Jo Cowen Architects is seeking a senior architect or associate with multi-unit residential experience to join its team in London.
Jo Cowen Architects is an award winning architectural practice with an experienced team of architects, designers, masterplanners and placemakers based in Chelsea, London. We are looking for a senior architect or associate with experience of mixed use multi-unit residential schemes who wants to be part of our busy and expanding team. We are seeking long term team members who want to grow within our studio.
Skills required:
- ARB registered architect (or international equivalent)
- UK based experience of multi-unit residential projects is required
- client facing position, therefore good communication skills are essential
- ability to work accurately and efficiently
- ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- develop the capability of the internal team/s through mentoring and supporting younger members of staff
- thorough understanding of building regulations, space standards and relevant legislation is key
- Revit experience preferable, not essential
Salary level will be dependent on experience of the applicant.
