To have full knowledge of UK construction detail and a love of design. Working with the project architect to competently manage and produce construction drawing packages. To be fully familiar with UK construction methods on site and have practical problem-solving skills for works on site. To show continued professional advancement.
Work experience
Production of technical design drawing and specification packages. Development of technical detail to a full range of building types and issues. Preparation of construction/tender information packages. Preparation of UK building regulation applications. Site involvement with the project architect producing progress reports to the project architect. Liaison with external consultants, contractors and local authorities and manage project changes, risks and issues.
