In This Room is seeking Architectural Part 1 and 2 collaborators to join its team in London.
In This Room – Studio for Architecture & Design are seeking collaborations with Part 1 and Part 2 professionals, architectural technicians, and designers initially on contract basis.
We are particularly keen to work with ambitious professionals who have strong design and presentation skills, material/technical curiosity and prowess. We would like to hear from you if you are also keen to learn on and off-site, and professionally grow with us.
Candidates should have an excellent knowledge of the early design processes, studies, planning requirements; and good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods, details, etc.
Essential skills:
- excellent 2D/3D drafting (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Rhino), illustrating, rendering, and reporting (InDesign)
- excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation
- good BIM skills (Revit preferably)
- good research capacity and curiosity
Candidates should be able to work from home or within our studio in London Fields, (subject to government’s guidance on COVID).

In This Room is an architecture and design startup examining the spaces around us with the aim to provide our clients contextual design solutions that part from the conventional.
We currently engage on residential and hospitality sector projects across London and the south.
