Tobias Partners is hiring a senior project architect to join its team in Paddington, Australia.
Tobias Partners is seeking a senior project architect to play a pivotal role in project design, design development and tender documentation.
Based in Paddington NSW, we specialise in medium to large complex residential projects.
As a senior project architect, you will be responsible for driving delivery of concept design presentations, construction details, DA preparation and CC documentation, tender contract documentation packages and assisting in contract administration once construction commences on site.
Prerequisite skills and experience:
- tertiary qualifications in architecture, with at least eight years’ experience as a project architect
- strong proficiency in Vectorworks 2D, preferably 3D and SketchUp
- solid understanding of construction methodologies and architectural detailing
- experience with larger complex bespoke residential projects
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to self manage
- ability to coordinate and liaise with consultant team, local authorities and other key stakeholders
- must have Australian residency
