Studio 136 Architects is seeking a CAD technician to join its team in London, UK.
The applicant must have at least three to five years experience on small scale planning and building regulations for residential extensions and loft conversions. Opportunity also to work on larger scale projects.
Applicant must be fluent in English as will be working closely with and liaising with clients and councils, be able to use AutoCAD and also demonstrate an understanding of the current UK building regulations.
Salary dependent on experience.
