New business lead
at Stanton Williams

Stanton Williams is looking to appoint an experienced new business lead to join its team in London.

This is a new role to lead the development and implementation of the new business strategy, to help secure a robust and sustainable pipeline of new work for Stanton Williams both in the UK and internationally. Areas of responsibility will cover gathering and coordinating business intelligence, developing & maintaining relations with potential clients and collaborators, leading and managing the bid process on all submissions and contributing to the maintenance of the asset library. The new business lead is a self-managed role integrated within the communications team and reporting directly to the head of communications. Working collaboratively with the leadership team and project leaders, they will be responsible for producing high quality UK and international bid submissions.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience of developing and implementing a new business strategy within a new business role in an architecture practice. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver strategic objectives through activities with confidence. They will have excellent verbal and written communications skills. They will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed and be able to work collaboratively within an effective communications team.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign essential.
