Inbo is seeking a business developer to join its team in China.
You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our network, you are able to develop and nurture relationships. You have a proactive attitude with the ability to identify new opportunities in the market. You will work closely with our design team. The position is full-time and is ready to be filled immediately
Currently we’re working on commissions for a regeneration masterplan, masterplan for a new city center, a hotel with conference facilities, the transformation of a former industrial site and a community center.
Desirable characteristics:
- you have a master degree in architecture or urban planning
- you are a connector and enjoy building relationships
- a sociable open personality
- a flexible and pro-active attitude
- organised and result oriented
- maintain keen awareness of market landscapes and opportunities
- positive and hardworking
- a native Mandarin speaker, excellent English (both spoken and written)
- an initial internal training period at our Amsterdam office is possible, before being stationed in our Shanghai office
- willing to travel frequently within China
- working experience in an European environment
- to have your own network is a plus
