The role
As part of the Soho House Design team the successful candidate will be involved with new build and adaptive reuse projects working in the design development and technical stages of projects to deliver construction information in Revit.
What we look for
This role is suited to an experienced and technically minded architect or technician who is confident using AutoCAD and Revit and has excellent detailing and construction knowledge with the ability to prepare detailed construction drawing packages. The candidate must have strong understanding of principles, techniques and methods used in different types of construction and good understanding of CDM and health and safety.
Additionally ideal candidates should:
- be industrious, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
- have a working knowledge of building regulations
- be able to work at pace, taking key directions from the team leader to work independently. Experience working on hotel and restaurant projects would be advantageous
- ability to create Revit model from scratch, including project standards, and building up in-house Revit Library of components
