at The Heart of Europe
The Heart of Europe is seeking an architect/interior designer to join its team in Dubai.
The Heart of Europe is the flagship masterplan of the developer located at The World, 4km from the Dubai coastline. It is a sustainable hospitality and second home destination comprising six coral-rich islands, seven world-first assets and 15 hotels that bring the best of Europe to Dubai.
Requirements:
- at least five years’ of experience working as lead or senior architects
- experience in design and development in a five star hotels or luxury villas
- in charge of Estimating costs, choosing materials, creating a time framework and scheduling workers
- experience in site supervision and coordination with site team
- monitor the project time line and ensure it remains in the agreed budget
- fair knowledge of English
- able to manage and delegate tasks to a team of architect and draftsman
- must be creative and able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
- able to coordinate with our design consultancy firm in Italy
