Tasou Associates is seeking an architect/experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Clerkenwell, London.
Tasou Associates is currently looking for talented and enthusiastic candidates with strong design and presentation skills to assist with our projects in the residential, housing and conservation sectors. We are an award-winning studio and our work ranges from one-off houses, including refurbishments and extensions to large residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We are committed to producing inspiring, energy-efficient buildings with a sensitive approach to context.
Attributes:
- proven professional experience in a design or architecture practice as part of a design team with minimum of two years experience
- strong design, technical detailing skills and experience delivering packages
- proficient in AutoCAD
- strong graphic, communication and presentation skills and proficient in using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- proficiency in spoken and written English is required
- capacity to understand work schedules and how to deliver them to deadlines
- physical and computer model making skills
- Passivhaus knowledge and experience working with low energy buildings is desirable
Additional information
We use AutoCAD software packages to develop all of our projects. Experience using this software is advantageous, but training can also be provided. We work as a collaborative and proactive studio where communication and knowledge sharing is encouraged.
The salary is dependent upon experience.
