Jessica Coyle Design is seeking a mid-weight FF&E designer to join its team in London.
FF&E designer for a July start.
Jessica Coyle Design are looking for an experienced, well organised and lovely FF&E designer to join our growing interior design company in South West London. You will be working alongside the ID and director, designing, sourcing and arranging procurement of FF&E and assisting with the smooth running of numerous interior design projects for both hospitality and residential projects.
Previous UK-based FF&E sourcing and procurement experience with a reputable interior design studio is essential.
The successful applicant will:
- have a minimum of three years full-time experience as an FF&E designer or FF&E procurement manager with a reputable UK design company
- be proficient in Excel, Word, Estimac and Vectorworks (preferable not essential)
- be Apple Mac and IT Literate
- be organised and very detail orientated
- be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- be focused, calm and personable.
The role will involve:
- sourcing
- designing and drawing
- the day-to-day administration of orders, creating and updating FF&E schedules
- coordinating deliveries, collections and returns
- coordinating FF&E installations on site with contractors
- organising and keeping project documents/images/material samples in order
- supporting the ID and director by undertaking ad hoc tasks necessary for the smooth running of a number of projects
This is an office-based, Monday to Friday FF&E design job in London SW15, with some flexibility to work one day a week from home after a probation period has been completed.
Salary based on experience. Interviews will be via Phone and in person.
