Neat Architects is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect to join its studio in London.
Summary
Neat Architects is a young practice in east London who enjoy making places, spaces and things that help people to live, work and play.
We have a diverse range of projects across the UK and Europe, and following recent commissions on exciting new projects Neat are looking for architectural assistants/recently qualified architects with a strong portfolio to join us – and with the right skill set, potentially take key roles in delivering a number of exciting projects within our London studio.
With a passion for architecture and design, the opportunities would suit those who are looking to be involved in several RIBA stages from inception through to completion on a number of projects within mixed use, commercial and residential developments.
What we require:
- enthusiastic self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team
- creative problem solver, especially for residential schemes on difficult sites
- appetite for learning
- confident and communicative
- freehand drawing/sketching
- efficient with time management, deadlines and workload
- demonstrable working knowledge of building regulations and advantage
- excellent presentation and written skills
- software requirements are Vectorworks, SketchUp, Office, and Adobe suite
