Part-time English/Italian speaking project architect

Carden Cunietti is seeking a part-time English/Italian speaking project architect to join its team in London.
We have been appointed for a new build project in Switzerland and are recruiting a part-time architect or interior architect for the length of this contract which is 18 months to two years long.
Requirements:
- Part 1 and Part 2 RIBA UK qualifications or equivalent
- accountable for the development and design of packages or parts of projects, while being overseen by the director
- working as part of a team in the preparation of production information and working drawing packages
- able to co-ordinate between M&E, structure and interior design package
- advanced 3D modelling skills. Communicating schemes in a mixed portfolio of media in 3D
- lead interior design across conceptual schematic, design development and construction document phases
- facilitated requests regarding product information, installation methods
- prepare project documentation and submittal packages
- liaise between Swiss Italian architects and Carden Cunietti design team
- must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modelling
- a pro-active nature who will work as part of the team and assist both the directors and younger designers on the team. The pace of the role is fast and strong organisational skills are required to both run and work effectively
The position is based in our west London studio in Queens Park and applicants must have legal status to work and live in the UK and be fully vaccinated. We are an equal opportunities employer.
