Senior project architect

Brookes Architects is seeking a senior project architect to join its team in London.
The successful candidate is expected to have a number of years post-Part 3 experience and be able to demonstrate a record of developing, managing and delivering projects through all RIBA work stages, with a professionalism that reflects the practice’s ethos and values.
We work on a broad range of primarily residential projects from one-off bespoke houses to large multi-storey developments with mixed use commercial and community elements, student housing and hotels.
Essential requirements:
- demonstrable experience acting as project architect, liaising with clients, design team consultants and contractors
- experience working on UK residential projects, including the production of drawings and schedules for construction
- a sound knowledge of the planning process and Building Regulations
- accurate design and technical drawing ability using Revit
- strong communication skills with fluent verbal and written English

Salary will be agreed commensurate with experience in line with the RIBA Salary Guide and London weighting.
