Personal assistant to executive assistant and principal

We are looking for a junior PA to the executive assistant – we need a candidate who has an eagerness to learn and wants to jump straight into our busy and energetic studio and assist the executive assistant and the principal. The ideal candidate will have experience as a personal assistant and will be able to work enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment. This person must be well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Our team needs a detailed-oriented person with the ability to keep calm under pressure. A friendly manner is essential and the ability to work as and when needed – which can include some weekends.

Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • book transport, accommodation and all other travel admin (eg. visas, health insurance)
  • adhoc administration tasks
  • assist with the organisation of board meetings
  • type up reports, project correspondence, minutes
  • manage diaries, book and set-up meetings, arrange catering
  • filing, folder management
  • answer telephone, filter calls, take messages and confirm follow up
  • cover for front of house and wider admin. team when required

  • friendly and enthusiastic
  • ability to prioritise and multitask
  • can-do attitude with a willingness to help
  • flexible and able to adapt to others deadlines
  • an interest in Architecture, Arts or Design is useful
  • Professional phone manner
  • impeccable English language communication skills, both spoken and written
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • ability to cope well under pressure
  • trustworthy, discreet and reliable
  • must have the right to work in the UK
