Bowen Architects is seeking a Part 1/2 architectural assistant or architect to join its team in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.

We focus on residential/mixed-use buildings with a construction value of £25,000 – £6,000,000.

We are looking for someone with experience of:

• working with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and hand drawing
• detailed design
• working at pace
• traditional procurement
• job running and project leadership
• working knowledge of the building regulations
• good technical knowledge
