Ecovia is looking for a sales coordinator to join its team in London.
The company
Ecovia is a design led glazing and joinery company based in London. We supply high performance glazing and timber products and services to design professionals. We provide a new generation of products not seen elsewhere in the UK market, and are now seeking a sales coordinator to join our expanding team in London.
Duties and responsibilities:
- supporting the sales director in new sales opportunities and client management
- liaising with the sales director and marketing team on outreach / sales projects
- provide product and sales support to architects, contractors, developers and homeowners looking to work with Ecovia’s products and services
- gather a good understanding of the products and services we offer and the technical aspects of each so that accurate information can be relayed to our client base
- become proficient in using the software packages used by the company (Microsoft software and company CRM system ZOHO)
- attend, with a view to eventually lead meetings with our clients during the sales process as required
- general office support where/ as required
- actively seek new clients and business while building relationships from existing and new clients.
- present to clients to educate them on the Ecovia product range and services
- liaise with clients and contractors throughout concept to completion, maintaining positive relations along the way
- organising sales programs geared towards customer engagement to increase prospect sales
About you:
- min. three years’ experience in a sales, customer service or client facing role
- architecture and/or design industry experience is desirable
- confident, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated with an ability to work well under pressure
- keen interest in contemporary interiors and architecture design and trends
- proficient with MS office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- experience of working in a team environment
- the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- must live within a commutable distance of Battersea London
- degree educated
- an ability to drive projects forward and be prepared to be flexible and dynamic to get jobs done
- a desire to grow and develop with the company as we expand and get larger in the marketplace.
