Architectural technologist
at Project London
Project London is hiring an architectural technologist or a technically focused Part 2/3 to join its team in London.
We are an award-winning architectural design and project management team looking after high-end residential projects from concept to completion. We have some exceptional projects in our pipeline and are looking for the right candidate to join us at this exciting time.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager and passionate about design with an interest in the high-end residential sector.
This is a full-time position based at our studio in Parsons Green. Applicants should be London-based within a reasonable commute.
Responsibilities:
- produce high-quality technical drawings for tender and construction
- working across RIBA stages two and six but with a focus on stages four and five
- preparation of client presentation documentation and design packages
- ability to multitask and prioritise across numerous projects
- communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and the design team
Qualifications:
- degree in architecture or architectural technology
- CIAT member architectural technologist or Part 2/3 with excellent technical knowledge
- ideally proficient in Vectorworks (2D) and Microsoft Office
- excellent creative and communication skills
- minimum three to five years’ post-graduate experience ideally on residential projects
- fluent in both written and spoken English
- up-to-date knowledge of current building regulations and codes
