Tigg + Coll Architects has an opportunity for an architect to join its team in London.

Tigg + Coll are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our award-winning design led studio in London. We are looking for an experienced architect with a strong interiors portfolio and interest to work on current co-living and high end private residential projects.

Since our inception, our practice ethos has focused on how people live and want to live in our evolving society. This has been the bedrock of our work as a studio and has brought us a wide range of challenging projects that have led to recognition as a design studio. Most recently we were awarded two prestigious RIBA Regional awards and shortlisted for RIBA House of the Year.

Based in West London, we are a practice with a strong team ethos and an expanding portfolio. We can offer excellent experience at all work stages including a number of projects currently under construction as well as good levels of responsibility and opportunities for career development and progression. We are strong believers in a good studio culture, of knowledge sharing and regularly organise team socials and activities to galvanise the whole team.

Ideally you will:

  • have minimum of three years’ experience working in high-end residential and boutique hospitality interiors
  • specific co-living/co-working/hospitality interiors experience would be an advantage
  • have good technical knowledge and construction/ site experience delivering projects
  • be good at working independently and with a proactive attitude
  • be a fluent user of SketchUp and V-Ray/Lumion to produce 3D visualisations
  • have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • be a fluent user of 2D CAD software (Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD), Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • good working knowledge of Revit (BIM) is preferable
  • have a good working knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA stages of work
  • be eligible to work in the UK
