RIBA Part 2 architect

Hugh Cullum Architects has a vacancy for a RIBA accredited experienced Part 2 architect to join its team in London.
Small lively design led architectural practice looking for a keen, creative and accurate Part 2 with experience of work on site.
We have an exciting range of new projects in London, the rest of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, including new high-end residential work, a penthouse extension in Westminster and sensitive restoration and refurbishment of churches and other historic buildings.
The successful applicant will, under supervision, take responsibility for production of working drawings and schedules for tender and construction and assist in administering jobs on site.
Salary TBC (will be commensurate with experience).
We are looking for somebody who:
- is accurate and pays attention to detail and consistency
- can work independently and take on a high level of responsibility
- works diligently and carefully
- is fluent in Vectorworks, MS word, Excel and preferably Rhino
- has knowledge of UK construction methods and building regulations
- has the right to work and live in the UK
