Part 2 architectural assistant at MDLR Architects
We are seeking a Part 2 assistant to join our practice in London on either permanent or long term contract basis.
We are a design led, RIBA chartered practice who specialise in residential and shared living projects. We offer an exciting work environment, with an innovative approach towards work practices and a positive collaborative atmosphere.

We are looking for a talented, experienced, organised and self-motivated individual to join our team on a range of residential, shared living and offsite projects throughout RIBA one to six stages.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong UK multi-unit residential experience and proven track record working in Revit.

Required skills and experience:
- qualified Part 2 architectural assistant
- two-plus years PQE in the UK working on quality residential projects across all work stages
- good knowledge of UK residential regulations, construction systems, processes and legislation
- excellent design and presentation skills
- proficiency using Revit
- technically sound with a clear understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements
- meticulous, articulate and self-assured in client/contractor facing scenarios
