&Tradtion is recruiting a senior art director to join its team in Copenhagen.
&Tradtion is looking for a senior art director who will be overall responsible for the continuous development of art direction, creative concepts and graphic design. The senior art director will also be managing a team of three skilled graphic designers. With your strong passion and experience for graphic design and through your guidance and art direction you will help our marketing and brand team to ensure a high level of engaging creative and visual communication and storytelling – targeting both potential consumers and partners. We offer a full-time employment in a creative and international working environment at our office in Copenhagen.
About the position
Your key role will be to ensure development of our visual identity concepts and to create visionary and strong visual communication. You will secure that it all follows our brand guidelines. You work closely with management and across departments to meet the expectations of our brand strategy.
You will:
- be overall responsible for developing our graphic identity and – storytelling in our visual communication for print, digital platforms, products, POS and sales material for retail, contract, exhibitions and showrooms
- ensure all visuals and film productions meet our expectations and standards of creativity and high quality in co-operation with the content production team
- ensure we inspire, communicate and hand over our graphic material to all relevant partners – internally and externally
- manage and motivate the graphic team in order to make sure they understand our brand strategy, keep deadlines and secure quality in our graphic design work
- be advising team members to determine the best suitable concept direction
Qualifications:
- you are a solid art director with an international mindset and seven-plus years of experience, preferably from similar industry
- you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
