Part-I/II architectural assistant

De Rosee Sa Architects is looking for a Part-I/II architecture assistant to join its office in London.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented full-time Part-I/II architectural assistant to join our Notting Hill office.
Established in 2007, the practice has grown to thirteen architectural staff, working on architectural and design projects of a variety of scales.
Role:
- support the project architect in the day to day running of projects
- liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, consultants and local authorities
Skills and attributes:
- an ability to think creatively
- an interest in construction detail
- ideally have experience in and a passion for working on residential projects, but not essential
- UK work experience essential
- excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
- excellent 3D modelling skills – physical and digital
- ideally be proficient in Vectorworks, together with knowledge of working in 3D
- thorough and conscientious, with a sensitivity for detail and presentation.
- possess good communication and organisational skills
- fluent in both written and spoken English
- excellent time management skills, and an ability to manage conflicting or multiple deadlines
- be able to work independently and as part of a team under the guidance of a project architect
