About the role:
We are looking for an architectural technician/technologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working alongside our senior architects and senior architectural technologist to deliver a range of projects.
Additional information:
- office-based (Hindley, near Wigan) with the option for one-day remote working

Key responsibilities:
- preparing detailed drawing packages
- working on projects within residential, commercial and high-end residential sectors
- working alone and also as part of a team, liaising closely with clients and other design team members
- client meeting attendance and site visits
Experience and skills:
- good level of proficiency in AutoCAD, with an understanding of Revit
- experience using 3D modelling (SketchUp Pro) and rendering is desirable
- previous experience working within an architectural practice – preferably over five years
- job-running experience is preferable
- ability to work within a larger design team
- knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- UK Driving licence preferable
