De Beeldenfabriek is hiring a 3D artist/interior architect to join its team in Rotterdam.
We are looking for a talented 3D artist/interior architect (Bachelor). You have an affinity and expertise in the field of interior design and have solid experience with 3D software (3ds Max with V-Ray) as well as Photoshop. In addition to interior design, you are also interested in designing and decorating outdoor spaces. You have an understanding of photographic representation of subjects, especially in the field of real estate, and work in a team on various visualisation assignments. Responsibilities:
- designing and creating 3D interior visualisations and related activities regarding image editing and mood boards that match the quality level of the bureau and primarily relate to the interior of real estate objects
- providing substantive advice and guidance to the junior interior stylist regarding interior visualisation productions under the ultimate responsibility of the project coordinator/manager
- maintaining and updating our stock library of interior decoration elements and styles related to interior visualisation productions in a supervisory role
- contacting third parties such as clients, architects, and other parties at the implementation level in accordance with the assignment briefing and under the responsibility of the project coordinator/manager
Your profile:
- extensive knowledge of 3dsmax, Vray and Photoshop
- affinity and feeling for interior, materials and colour (preferably with a degree in architecture)
- minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- artistic sense (photography, art, etc)
- persistence and enthusiasm
- good sense of humour
- team player
- delivers high-quality and accurate work
