Martin Edwards Architects is hiring a Part 3 qualified architecture or Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant or recently qualified architect who obtained their Part 2 in the UK to become part of our award-winning, small creative team working from a studio in Shoreditch, east London.
The studio’s current and recent projects include work in the arts, education, community, workplace and residential sectors, in addition to a number of private houses. We work in London and throughout the UK, both new-build and work to existing buildings, including historic and listed buildings.
Applicants should be self-motivated, have a strong design sensibility, and have excellent visual communication skills. They must also have an understanding of construction detailing and an interest in developing technical design packages alongside other project roles.
Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills are essential.
