KCAP Architects & Planners is looking for a project leader to join its team in Rotterdam.
KCAP Architects & Planners is an internationally operating design firm specialised in architecture, urbanism and landscape architecture. We are working with an international staff of around 100 employees in our offices in Rotterdam, Zurich and Shanghai.
For the increase of our team we are looking for a dedicated Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking project leader to supervise and work on our urban design projects in Asia from Rotterdam.
Do you feel right at home in a dynamic international environment and do you:
- have at least eight years of professional experience amongst which in projects in China
- have project management experience in a larger project
- have the competence of being a teamplayer with experience in managing a team
- have proven design competence in different scales
- have a master’s degree in architecture and/or urban planning
- have an ambitious, creative, conceptual design attitude
- give inspiration and energy to the team but also be a pioneer in the design
- have strong Vectorworks, Revit, Adobe CS and MS Office skills
- have organisational competence and clear communication and presentation skills
- have excellent communicative skills in Cantonese/Mandarin and English, the Dutch language
