And Objects is looking for an experienced retail consultant with in-depth knowledge of the UK retail sector to join its team in London.
The retail consultant must have a track record in successfully leading the growth and development of start-up stores within the luxury market. And Objects is a furniture design studio which creates and manufactures a series of handmade objects, alongside a number of collections for a select group of collaborators. The And Objects brand is continuing to expand and in 2023 will be opening a shop in Pimlico alongside new furniture collections.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in retail business and management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- evidence of hitting sales targets
- strong business acumen
- great negotiant and persuasion skills
- demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, and other services/products offered to our customers
- strategic marketing overview experience will be required
- creative thinker with the ability to come up with exciting and unique retail concepts
- online, bricks and mortar, marketplace platform, and wholesale experience are essential
- experience in managing third-party suppliers and platforms
- project management skills
- ability to succinctly explain retail strategies
