Freelance architect/Part 2 or technician

Rowlands Architecture is seeking a freelance architect, Part 2 architectural assistant, or technician to join its team in Cardiff.
Rowlands Architecture is an emerging architectural design practice, working mainly in London and Cardiff and specialising in residential work with a particular focus on conservation and sustainability.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- RIBA Part 3 or Part 2 qualifications (or equivalent)
- experience working on projects at all RIBA work stages, particularly work stages 3-4
- understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
- excellent independent time management and organisational skills
- ability to work accurately and efficiently, and to multi-task on a number of projects with precision
- good verbal, written and presentation skills
- able to work remotely but available for weekly meetings in Cardiff
- proficient in Vectorworks
- fluent in written and spoken English
- interest in developing the practice’s social media profile
