Architecture project leader in Ahmedabad, India
Your tasks:
- design- and execution planning up to the point of realisation
- control and implementation of projects across all work phases
- client contact and support in the overall project procedure together with the building inspection
- guidance for team members
- responsibility for office organization and office structure together with our head of India
- economical project control (costs and personnel planning, allocation, proposal- and audit review, etc.)
Your profile:
- about eight years of work experience
- ideally work experience in the fields of housing, commercial and public building
- flair for good design
- experienced in team-leading
- structured, analytical and organized working methods and the ability to combat complex tasks
- business fluent English skills
- strong communication skills and power of persuasion
- team spirit
