LEOS International is seeking a creative graphic designer to join its team in Dubai or London.

LEOS International, a real estate development company, is seeking a highly skilled creative graphic designer to join our team. As a creative graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including brand and tactical materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging and visually appealing content, paying attention to small details with a focus on quality across all marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• create high-quality and visually appealing print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, website content and social media graphics
• collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and objectives
• create designs that are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging
• ensure all designs meet quality standards and project timelines
• keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software and technology to improve efficiency and quality of work
• develop creative solutions to design challenges and communicate ideas effectively
• create and maintain design files and assets
• contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
• work with outside vendors and printers as needed
• manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts or a related field
• over three years’ experience in graphic design in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house marketing team
• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• strong portfolio showcasing skills in print and digital design
• knowledge of typography, colour theory and design principles
• ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• experience in motion graphics and AI is an advantage
