Basic requirements:
KSR is looking for talented and versatile architects/designers to work on a range of residential projects in London and abroad.
This is an ideal position for someone looking to complete their Part 3 or recently qualified. Applicants must demonstrate strong design and presentation skills as well as relevant technical knowledge. KSR is a Revit-based practice, experience and good knowledge of this software are required.
The right candidate will have:
- strong design and visualisation skills
- ability to communicate ideas using a range of media
- excellent communication skills: written, graphic and verbal
- a range of software skills including Autodesk Revit and Adobe Suite
- experience in the high-end residential sector
- technical knowledge relevant to the UK
The role responsibilities will include:
- assisting project architects and directors with design and project delivery
- producing drawings, visualisations and models
- early stage design and production of presentation material
- production of technical information
- site inspections and responding to contractor queries
