Zaha Hadid Architects is looking for a programme coordinator to join its team in London.
Zaha Hadid Architects are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to take on a new challenge and become the very first programme coordinator of ZHA! As a programme coordinator, you will work closely with diverse and dynamic teams, in particular with the press and PR, archive and exhibitions, and facilities and project teams. The main purpose of this role will be to help coordinate and organise a variety of internal/external events.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- to help coordinate regular industry events (including but not limited to company participation in RIBA, New London Architecture, London Festival of Architecture, Clerkenwell Design Week, etc.)
- cocoordinate and host internal events including office-wide events, CPD’s, special presentations and seminars
- to coordinate tours of ZHA office and buildings in London
- to give tours of the ZHA gallery, office and buildings in London
- to be responsible for tracking and helping to facilitate staff involvement in industry events and to look for opportunities to increase the visibility and participation for staff in the industry across all levels
- to help facilitate the dissemination of events including filming, recording, uploading to SharePoint, compiling social media posts, and correspondence with event partners
- to help manage invitation lists, RSVP’s, and supplier lists
- to help coordinate the company CRM strategy and platform
- to help with online events by learning how to run the back-end platform as well as coordinating communications about the event
- to help coordinate CSR initiatives, opportunities, and events (including research, attending meetings, and circulating minutes)
- responsible to help to update the company calendar
- responsible for compiling, documenting, and archiving events related communications (including but not limited to: Weekly internal newsletter, internal office event invites, tour invites, social posts in the office kournal, etc.)
- to help the communications team to organise office wide trips abroad
About you:
- you are outgoing and able to easily connect with and build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- required – previous experience in events coordination and/or PR with a proven track record of successful events/programmes
- helpful skills – knowledge of the architecture industry, architecture detailing, contemporary culture and current events
