Maccreanor Lavington is seeking an architect to join its team in London.

We are a multi-award winning, design led architectural and urban design practice based in London and Rotterdam. We are currently seeking an architect to join our studio in the heart of Clerkenwell to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects. Along with excellent design skills, and expert technical knowledge, you will be a good all-round communicator, value working collaboratively, and be motivated to contribute to an evolving studio culture. Although we are keen to meet people with mixed experience, our current focus is towards professionals that can demonstrate solid experience of post-planning phases in the UK residential sector.

As a practice we have over 30 years’ of experience, are a diverse team from all over the world, and we have developed a strong and cohesive leadership team. Requirements: 

  • candidates must have a minimum of five years’ professional experience
  • excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • previous experience as a project/team leader
  • experience of being the lead contact for clients and consultants
  • strong knowledge and experience in detailed design and tender stages of large-scale projects
  • detailed knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
  • previous experience of using Revit is an advantage
