Manea Kella is an award-winning practice with work in both the UK and Europe. The practice is known for its elegant and thoughtful approach to projects across residential, hospitality and service industries.
We are seeking a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a passion for high quality architecture and an interest in creating positive impact within the built environment. We offer a friendly and creative studio environment where ideas are greatly valued.
Required skills and qualities:
- experience at a UK-based architecture practice
- strong design and detailing skills
- excellent skills in communication and visualisation
- self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- honesty, dedication, creativity and willingness to learn
- ability to work through technical issues
- good understanding of relevant UK codes and building regulations
Desirable:
- competence in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape and V-Ray
- model making and hand drawing skills
- experience through all RIBA stages including in UK procurement and construction
The role is a full-time office-based role working from our studio in Queens Park, London. This position is only available to applicants based in the United Kingdom.
