Utopia has an opportunity for a landscape designer to work remotely.

Utopia is a remote in-house design team based in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated landscape specialist to join our design team within the real estate development business and work on interesting projects in the UK and worldwide.

The successful applicant will manage the teams of design consultants to deliver outstanding designs for high-end projects.

Requirements:

• degree qualification(s) in landscape architecture, architecture or urban design
• advanced Rhino & Grasshopper capability is essential
• advanced design and documentation experience in AutoCAD, or Vectorworks, and Lumion is required
• experience in preparing reports and presentations
• advanced InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• beginner/intermediate Revit proficiency will be highly regarded
• knowledge and understanding of design issues, eg. planning, planting and vegetation
