Part 2 architectural assistant

Amos Goldreich Architecture is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London, UK.
We are an award-winning design studio, committed to producing high-quality architecture. We strive to maintain a lively and engaging work environment. We undertake a range of projects of varying scales and sectors and are currently looking for an experienced project architect to join our team and work on a number of residential projects.
Candidates should possess the following:
Key responsibilities:
- under the guidance of the project leader, prepare and develop drawings and other documents relating to the project
- effectively work on projects independently or as part of a team
- seek to understand the design project and design decisions taken by others
- shadow the work of architects, associates and directors in order to develop the skills to progress to those roles in the future
Attitude:
- able to build relationships both externally and internally
- involved in all practice activities
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Qualifications and skills:
- RIBA part 2 (minimum)
- at least 1 year work experience in the UK
- evidence of a good design understanding (eg. design portfolio)
- ability to contribute to the design and implementation of projects
- ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
- good organizational skills
- ability to use Vectorworks 2D, SketchUp and Enscape

We offer a flexible working environment and work 4.5 days, finishing every Friday at 2 pm.
